Engage the Customer: Customization is the first step in creating a truly successful training event. Because every customer has different needs, a different culture, and wide variety of skill sets it is important that every engagement be customized.  In our customization process we take the same practical approach we do with our training – true learning comes from doing. Our goal is to quickly understand what makes you unique and design a program that delivers a real value as quickly as possible. Assuming our customer has readily available resources we often can design and develop a new pilot program in under 2 weeks, leaving the scheduling as the last hurdle to clear.

Interview Stakeholders: For customization to be successful, you as the customer must have a clear idea of what you want the outcome to be. A few of the questions that you will need to answer are…

point What are you trying to accomplish?
point What does success look like?
point Does everyone in your organization have the same view of success?
point What metrics will you use to measure the success?
point How quickly would you like to see results?

With clear answers to these questions, we can begin our work to customize your program and quickly deliver exactly what you are looking for.

Design & Develop: We have been designing and delivering custom programs for over 15 years. It is this experience combined with the expertise delivered by our executive leaders that allows us to quickly digest your unique needs and design and develop the perfect program for you.

Pilot Session: Our Speed to Pilot™ process is designed to get you to the pilot session as quickly as possible with a customized program that is matched specifically to your needs. Just as our programs rely heavily on role playing to deliver real learning and development, our customization process relies on executing the pilot session with a mix of both management and high producers that allows for the creation of the perfect program for you – all in a time frame that delivers results quickly.

Sales Meetings

Sales meetings are always difficult to organize and even more difficult to derive value from. It seems every time you pull your sales teams together you are trying to jam 10 days worth of information into just 4 or 5 days – and at the end you are trying to figure out what worked well and where the real value was.

Training is always on the agenda and the question is how much time do you dedicate to it, how do you do it and what do you want to get out of it?

LTP Sales’ experience and expertise in helping customers answer these questions over the last 15 years has enabled us to develop a distinct list of solutions that can help you bring development and real value to any sales meeting. Below are just a few of these solutions…

point Guest Speaker – designed to fill an hour or two and highlight trends in your industry and other things to look for that can help you succeed
point Executive Led Training - done with smaller groups of 20 to 40 participants – designed to fill 1 to 3 days
point Sales Competitions – Designed for larger groups where one-on-one interaction is difficult. This approach is usually used to fill 2 to 4 hours and can include groups of up to 300 people. Competitions can be designed for any group, including sales leaders. This is a very effective approach to create awareness of skills gaps as well as take the first steps to fill that gap.
