Tad Henderson, Principal

Tad Henderson is LTP Sales leading sales consultant with over 20 years of both sales and finance experience.

Tad started his career as a bond trader with Prudential Securities in New York City building his expertise in finance and the application of financial fundamentals in assessing corporate enterprise value. Tad later leveraged that experience as the director of business development for the financial services division of Proxicom, a global technology consulting company. As the divisions leading sales person Tad left Proxicom to become the EVP of Sales and Marketing for LSA Global, a Santa Clara, CA based learning and development company. After three years at LSA Global and near 100% growth in revenue, Tad started LTP Sales in an effort to share with you the financial selling secrets needed to influence today’s business decision makers.

Lynn Malmstrom, Principal

Mr. Malmstrom has a broad business background that began in 1977 with active duty in the U.S. Air Force. He conducted audits and reviews of key operational, financial, logistical and procurement activities and was quickly promoted to senior executive positions, working with the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force and was assigned to the Pentagon. Upon leaving the military, he spent the following 15 years as a financial and operational executive, working as the Chief Financial Officer for two publicly traded companies in both the specialty retail and air medical transportation industries. In 2000, he founded a company to provide sales consulting and training to high technology companies world-wide and provided business improvement consulting to small and medium sized business.
